        How to quickly interpret the mechanical failure of oil retail equipment

        Once the fuel dispenser equipment has problems, it can quickly judge the mechanical problems of the fuel dispenser by "listening", "looking" and "testing". The so-called "listening" is to "listen" to the sound of machinery and judge which part the fault belongs to; If you can't judge, then "look" at the phenomenon to see whether the device is suitable, or disassemble a certain part to see which part the fault belongs to; If you can't tell whether it is a machine fault or a pipeline oil tank fault, you must finally use the "test" (Experiment) method.

        1、 No oil supply (lack of oil supply)

        There are many problems with no oil supply, and they come from many aspects. When eliminating such problems, we should first judge whether it is caused by machine problems or unreasonable pipeline and oil tank devices. The cleaning methods are as follows:

        First, listen to the sound and identify the faulty part. After the oil retail equipment is started, the pump rotation sound is light. When the oil enters the pump chamber, the load increases and the sound is heavy, which proves that the oil has entered the high-pressure chamber of the oil-gas separator. It can be concluded that there is no fault in the pipeline, oil tank and pump, and the fault may be in the measuring converter and separator.

        If no fault can be identified by the sound, open the upper cover of the separator. Manually control the switch and start the motor to see whether the oil enters the high-pressure chamber of the separator. If the oil does not enter the high-pressure chamber of the separator, explain that the fault lies in the pump, pipeline and oil tank. If the oil enters the high-pressure chamber of the oil-gas separator, it is clear that there is no problem with the pump, pipeline and oil tank, or there is a problem with the outlet valve of the separator. Therefore, it can be concluded that the fault is due to the measuring converter.

        If it is impossible to find out whether the failure of oil supply is due to the fault of the machine or the fault of the pipeline or oil tank, remove the flexible pipe, disconnect the pipeline from the machine and connect the temporary pipeline test.

        2、 Loud noise

        The high noise comes from the defects of pump, separator, pipeline and oil tank. The cleaning methods are as follows:

        First, check whether the pipeline oil tank device meets the requirements. Due to the long horizontal distance of the pipeline, the thin pipe diameter and the small opening of the check valve in the oil tank, the noise of the machine will increase.

        If the above devices are suitable, check whether the separator filter screen is blocked.

        Finally, check the pump. Check whether the shaft sleeve is severely worn, whether the rotor marks the two end faces of the pump body and pump cover, and whether the overflow valve seat is loose.

        If no fault can be found, connect the temporary pipeline testing machine and listen to whether the machine sound is normal (there are few problems with high noise except the blockage of the machine filter screen).

        3、 Oil outlet from exhaust hole

        The oil from the exhaust hole comes from the problems of separator, pipeline and oil tank. After cleaning the pipeline and oil tank, check the filter screen first, and then check whether the float enters or falls, whether the air outlet valve can be closed, whether the sealing performance is not good, and whether the oil return valve can be opened.

        4、 Leakage

        The method to judge the external leakage is relatively simple. You can see which part it is from the leakage part. Just remove the fault directly.
