        1. Slow flow rate

        The slow flow rate is due to the problems of oil gun, separator, pump and pipeline oil tank. The cleaning methods are as follows:

        (1) First, check whether the pipeline oil tank device meets the rules. If the device does not comply with the rules, the device is naturally unreasonable.

        (2) If the pipeline oil tank device is suitable, first remove the oil gun to see whether the flow rate is fast or slow.

        (3) After removing the oil gun, the oil flow rate is still very slow. Remove the filter screen sleeve to see if it is blocked.

        (4) If there is no problem with the above, disassemble the pump to see if there is internal leakage and slow down the flow rate.

        (5) If the problems are still not eliminated after all inspection, the temporary pipeline shall be connected finally to judge whether it is the problem of the machine itself or the problem outside the machine. Air leakage in the pipeline and small opening of the check valve in the oil tank will also affect the flow rate (if the pipeline is not connected temporarily, it means that there is no problem with the fuel dispenser).

        (1) First, "listen" to whether there is gas discharge from the exhaust valve hole of separator and whether it is blocked; You can also put your finger on the exhaust valve hole to feel whether there is air wave on your finger.

        (2) If there is no gas discharge or blockage in the exhaust valve hole, check whether the low-pressure chamber of the separator leaks.

        (3) Then check whether the external oil suction pipe leaks and whether the outlet valve card of the separator is in the normally open position.

        3. Self sealing oil gun is not self sealing

        The main reason why the self sealing oil filling gun is not self sealing is that the upper cavity of the switch film is not tightly sealed with the outside, and the screws of the plastic gland of the above cavity are not tightened; The adapter sleeve in the oil gun nozzle and the "O" seal ring on the auxiliary valve seat are damaged, so that there can be no pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities of the switch membrane. The solution is to tighten the plastic gland screws and replace the damaged "O" ring.

        Another condition in which the oil gun is not self sealing is that the small flow is not self sealing. This is because under the condition of small flow, the flow rate is low, the air suction effect is weak, and the pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities of the switch membrane is small, which can not overcome the elastic force of the tension spring to move the self sealing rod upward. The solution is to reduce the elastic force of the tension spring in the upper cavity of the switch membrane.
